Isn't it interesting that in one setting we are perfectly comfortable with someone who has body art, and then in another setting we think ill of that person. If this is something you do, I'd like to ask that you stop doing it, perhaps even strike up a conversation.
Indeed, I think what you'll find is that people with tattoos are just like you and I, they are regular people, that is what I've learned. Over the years I've gone out of my way to talk to people who have body art and what I found is they are more down to earth, with it, and tend to have better personalities than the average person on the street.
They seem to have a sense of individuality about them, perhaps that's what emboldened them to get the tattoo in the first place. Did you know that many of your friends have tattoos, many of your coworkers, and many of your acquaintances have body art, which is hidden in a special place and you don't even know it's there.
It's amazing if you go to a company BBQ and everyone is dressed in shorts and T-shirts all the suddenly you see all the tattoos that you never knew they had. I hope you will consider this conversation and think about how you can better yourself and stop being so judgmental in your life.
